Abstract Background

NSDAC members are descendants of a man or woman who rendered patriotic or civil service to the American Colonies prior to 4 July 1776.

Each member takes pride in her heritage and her lineage to a Colonial ancestor.  DAC members recognize the pioneer spirit and sacrifice of those who assisted in the formation of this nation.  They honor these pioneers through their volunteer hours in the community and organization.

Members support numerous programs including schools, scholarships, veterans, historical preservation, genealogical records preservation, the RAIN Program (Recruitment-Retention of American Indians Into Nursing) at the University of North Dakota, and the Scholastic Award at the College of the Ozarks.

DAC welcomes prospective members. Visit the national website or contact one of the Missouri chapters  for more information.
